Ordering
| Ok, it is official. The order form died and I
have not yet figure out just why or how at this point in time. Yes, I do
realize that in this day and age of e-commerce this must seem a little odd,
and it will be corrected at some point in time. Until that happens, please
send an e-mail to
orders@siriusenterprises.com with a subject line of
Collar Order and the following information:
Your name, address, and phone number.
The Number and Description of the collar you want to order including:

Add $5.00 to the total for Shipping/Handling for up to three collars. Add
$.50 for each collar over three. Shipping and Handling for orders outside of
the United States will be higher.
Let us know if you want to pay by check/money order or with
PayPal. We
also accept MasterCard and Visa. If that is your preference, we will contact
you for payment information.
